If your location is more than 20 miles from The Colony, a small travel fee may apply—but I’m always happy to discuss the details and work something out.

Q: What professional equipment do you use?
A: I use professional full-frame cameras with backup bodies and lenses for peace of mind. My equipment includes professional lighting for indoor venues and is weather-protected for outdoor events. I’m experienced in handling various lighting conditions to ensure beautiful photos regardless of the setting.

Q: How does the payment process work?
A: A $50 booking fee is required to secure your date, with the remaining $225 due on the day of the event. I accept multiple payment methods including Zelle, Cashapp PayPal, cash, and credit cards for your convenience.

Q: Are there any additional services available?
A: Yes! I offer several extras:

  • Additional coverage: $75/hour
  • Rush editing (48-hour delivery): $150
  • Travel fee for areas outside primary service area: $75

Q: How does the booking process work?
A: Booking is simple! Once you contact me, I’ll check availability for your date. If the date is available, I’ll send you an easy online contract to sign and instructions for the booking fee payment. Once these are completed, your date is secured.

Q: Is the contract complicated?
A: Not at all! I use a straightforward online contract that clearly outlines the services, deliverables, and terms. You can sign it electronically from any device.

Q: What happens if it rains during an outdoor event?
A: No worries! My equipment is weather-protected, and I’m experienced in shooting in various weather conditions. I’ll also work with you to create a backup plan for outdoor events.

Q: How long does it take to get our photos?
A: Your photos will be delivered within 10 days through a private online gallery. If you need them sooner, you can opt for rush editing with 48-hour delivery for an additional $150.

Q: Do you provide the raw/unedited files?
A: I provide fully edited, high-resolution images that are ready to print and share. Raw files are not included as the editing process is an essential part of creating the final product you’ll love.

Q: What if my event runs longer than 3 hours?
A: Additional coverage is available at $75 per hour. You can decide to extend during the event if needed, as long as my schedule allows.

Q: What is your refund/cancellation policy?
A: The $50 booking fee is non-refundable as it secures your date in my calendar. This means I turn away other potential bookings for that time slot. The only exception is if I have to cancel the session – in that case, you’ll receive a 100% refund of any payments made.
